This episode we are joined with Tricia Emrich to discuss her history working in powerlifting in multiple federations as well as what she's a part of with helping to reform the USPA. We discuss more about what the findings and issues were with the federation, some reasons why they may have occured, what is being done to fix or mitigate those issues in the future, and the future of the USPA.

Tricia has worked in the USAPL for eight years as a meet director and the USPA as a meet director for 9 years and is the SC state chair. She and her husband work dozens of meets each year where they are the two loading and unloading all the equipment and working to ensure lifters have a great lifting experience.
