In this episode, I’m sharing my personal year-in-review for 2024—a year that felt like living five years in one. Overwhelm is not a regular emotion that just lasts 90 seconds and then disappears. Overwhelm can be paralyzing, and you might have the sense of “I am going crazy.” It’s so hard when you feel like you have so much to do, but then your overwhelm kicks in, takes over, and you are left running from one task to the other without getting anything accomplished. What is more painful than not having a life's purpose? Feeling the VOID that comes from believing that your life has no purpose.
