So as some of you know, I recently run the first Speak Your Strength meet up in London. 35 people showed up, and I delivered this presentation you're about to listen too. In it, I talk about the pain after my Dad's suicide and how I struggled to deal with the bereavement that comes with suicide. As you may know yourself, mental health can affect anyone.
