The untrained mind that still takes trauma and bad times as a punishment instead of a blessing...this video is for you. I was once like you then I became tired of suffering trying to numb pain through external devices because none of them worked. I did do research on things like working out, meditation, reading books and all those things basically told me that the solution was internal. This video is me fully letting go of all that trauma by realizing how it all transformed me into a much better human being in every way. Pain is beautiful but one must know how to accept it and use that intense energy into building oneself.
