How to Build Your Sleep Transition Routine

On this episode I address a really common issue I get from my clients: I can't fall asleep! This used to be me as well. We would love for there to be a switch to just turn on and off for awake and sleep but that isn't how it works. But we can create a transition routine that works as a "dimmer switch" to "dim it down" at night to ease you into sleep. This does work!
