Wine-Pro Tip from @Telesomm Christopher: When it comes to drinking wine in general, I hear people say I can’t drink red wine because the sulfite gives me a red wine headache but they’ll grab a bottle of pinot grigio or Chardonnay . My knowledge bomb is white wines have more sulfites than red wines. If you get a headache from red wine it is probably not the sulfites. Maybe learn about Mega Purple . Tesh Diyal’s roots in hospitality can really be traced back to his mom. His restaurant experience however, started from his time working at Morton’s the Steakhouse. Tesh moved on to other restaurants in California, including Piatti, Ella Dining Room and Bar, and then he graduated to become the Sommelier at the Kitchen for almost 4 years. Tesh then transitioned into wine sales to focus on growing his family, and after a year of selling wine to restaurants, he found himself furloughed due to the pandemic. That leads to now!
