This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Japan Forum and was organized by: The Northern Institute for Environmental and Minority Law (NIEM), Arctic Centre; in cooperation with UArctic Chair in Arctic Legal Research & Education and UArctic Law Thematic Network.
