In this weeks episode i had the pleasure of chatting to Shane about his sobriety journey.
Shane suffers with chronic illness and first decided to stop boozing at the age of 23 which i think is mental when you consider what most 23 year olds in the UK are getting up to.
Shane is a great example of someone that still has a thriving social life and is now totally comfortable being around other people who drink. He now looks forward to meeting the boys on a Friday night just without the booze.
we discussed, Sober holidays, nights out, Quit lit & how alcohol effects everyone so differently.
