Before Coaching, Heru has had more than 25 years of Corporate career in MNC/Joint-venture (European, Australian and Japanese) and Local companies, mostly in the Financial Services industry, in JV and local Life Insurance companies, and one of the biggest banks in Indonesia. He has been exposed to diverse roles as CEO, President Director, Director HR & Corporate Strategy, Country Head HR, Head of Distribution (Sales & Marketing), Operation, Finance. In Coaching, he has > 3,000 hours of Coaching experience, including Executive Coaching with Local (Private & BUMN) and Expatriate Executives, C-suites, BOD, Professionals, Business Owners in various industries. He is also a People Development Facilitator, with a strong passion & skill to develop people & to serve as catalyst and change agent of the people and organization with a focus on Leadership & Coaching, where he has delivered training & workshop to thousands of participants.
