Emily Lyons is one of our absolute favorite people and that big, wonderful personality came out when we sat down to record. 😁 Jumping into the Ultra scene in 2016 (the same year as we did), her journey has been fun, inspiring, and pretty downright amazing. So much so that after finishing the Badwater Cape Fear 51.4 Miler and Badwater Salton Sea 81 mile events this year, Emily is looking to be added to the small list of Badwater Ultra Cup finishers when she takes on the self proclaimed "World's Toughest Footrace," the Badwater 135 next week on July 4th.
