In this episode I open up about my own journey from the corporate world to a path that feels more genuine and fulfilling. This episode is especially for women navigating careers where you've reached a level of success but it's come at a cost to your overall satisfaction levels. I highlight how crucial it is to embark on a journey of self-discovery and what I call, the process of [un]becoming, to truly reconnect with who you are because from that place, we can build the life you want. We'll dive into how our upbringing shapes our personal traits and why being aware of this is key. I also encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your own experiences. My hope is that my insights provide a relatable framework for finding balance, building confidence, and achieving fulfilment in both your professional and personal life.
