Episode 315: A teacher, mystic and poet, Richard Rudd attended Edinburgh University where he gained a Master’s degree in literature and metaphysics. A born explorer, he has studied with great teachers in the East, traveled through the Himalayas, the Pacific, the Americas and the Arctic. He worked in the film industry in Australia, trained as a teacher of Chi Kung and meditation in Thailand and sailed across the Atlantic Ocean on a small yacht.

Throughout his adventures Richard Rudd has explored his love of writing and in 2006 he won the FISH international poetry award in Ireland. Richard's mystical journey began early in life as he experienced strange energies rushing throughout his body. This catalyzed his spiritual search. All his studies became synthesized in 2002 when he began to write and receive the Gene Keys - a vast synthesis exploring the miraculous possibilities inherent in human DNA. It took 7 years to write the book and understand its teachings and applications. Today Richard continues to study and teach the profound lessons contained in the Gene Keys.

• Richard had a three-day experience of a higher consciousness.
• It brought him in touch with an awareness of his destiny.

• Many spiritually minded people operate with the assumption/wish that this is their "last life," but often that's more reflective of the fact that they're not particularly enjoying this life.
• Philosophically one's "last life" would be incredibly ecstatic and joyful, so the challenge is to see the opportunity and identify what's left to be done.
• "There's a perfection in every moment."
• Richard believes that the next epoch of humanity will not be based in suffering, but bliss.
• It's important to do the work to understand suffering (shadow).
• Richard believes we may retain memory between births in the next phase of our evolution.
• Béla Hamvas: "Drink, and the wine will take care of the rest." Meaning to drink of life - or can be taken literally.
