On this podcast episode, I am telling my PCOS story. I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) about 6 years ago and it has been quite the battle ever since.
In the episode, I talk about things like hormonal acne, hormonal birth control, getting my period for two weeks a month, how my period didn't go away for a year, and how it then disappeared for a year and a half.
I still have a long way to go on my PCOS journey, but this has been my story to date.
