1️⃣ Not about how lean you are.
2️⃣ Posing is more important than muscle mass.
3️⃣ Everything matters.
4️⃣ Pre judging is when decisions are made.
5️⃣ Show day, practice posing but don’t over practice.
6️⃣ You do not need a “pee cup”.
7️⃣ Doing your own tan is great. This does risk being a different color than other competitors.
8️⃣ Don’t flip your hair in your posing routine until you’re at the level of Tom Brady.
9️⃣ SLOW DOWN.
🔟 Do not bend over in back pose to push hamstring tie ins out.
