You heard me right, we are teaching people not to listen to nurses. How? Because nursing culture is stuck in the stone age. We are all trying to be modern day Florence Nightingales, but we are meant to blaze a new trail.
I am so sick of nurses not being heard and not being represented in hospitals, conferences, or administrations. We are the backbone of the healthcare system, and we need to start acting like it. Step on the soap box with me.
