Romi Boucher has been an executive coach, strategic change consultant, and designer of leadership programs and organizational development change initiatives for over 30 years. She has helped leaders and their organizations cause breakthrough change and results in business sectors ranging from established Fortune 100 organizations, governmental agencies, and educational organizations to professional firms characterized by intense competition.
As an executive coach, she has worked with senior leaders, directors, and managers in financial, administrative, sales, design and engineering fields in Fortune 100 corporations, non-profit organizations and government organizations. Her coaching approach addresses what it takes to lead and adapt innovatively in three dimensions; as organizations, in management teams and as individual leaders.
Today, Abbie and Romi discuss Romi’s work as an organizational transformational change consultant using a strategic reinvention approach, what it means to practice our better social worlds in the present, and how we learn to collaborate with others in the making of those social worlds. Finally, Abbie and Romi explore creating awareness about our constant “making."
