We are anxious for our children to find their way in their future with their chosen career path. But what if in our good intentions we shape them to follow our interests, our career preferences, and our comfort zone. This is a really interesting area to take a moment to reflect on. How many of us adults have had our job areas mapped out by our parent's career presumptions and at some point felt stuck and unable to change direction. We need to have a think and not repeat this generational trend. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
