The Transform event was amazing and I had the opportunity to meet so many interesting humans! The first of these was Michael Stafiej, CEO of ERIN, which stands for Employee Referral Invitation Network. ERIN is an app dedicated to employee referral networking. Mike talks about his journey, in particular over the last 6 years, and some of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and executives.
Mike talks about perspective, self-analysis, and the importance of awareness of your self as you grow as an employee.
