Often, people don’t know they are trapped within themselves as they go about their everyday lives. It just looks like normal life - the way it is.

Many think that freedom is granted by something outside of themselves; an authority or system or set of rules. They can feel defiant about being constrained by situations that seem to deprive them of their own agency and have power over their choices without realizing they are the source of their own independence.

During this show, Sam will explore this idea of freedom and how it impacts your life. You’ll be able to engage with the traps and cages you operate within. If you have identified that freedom is lacking, you’ll surely see a path to unwind the chains you feel suppressed by. And, you’ll come away knowing that freedom does not begin or end from an external source.

Once a belief takes hold, it is in essence confining to you. Once circumstances convince you there is no other way, you are then limited because you believe it to be true. And when aspects of who you are get pushed to the background because they are undesirable or unwanted, you destine yourself to operate at half-capacity while feeling frustrated you can’t change it.

During this show, you will see more deeply how this human journey is riddled with the experience of being limited, feeling disgruntled about it, and wanting something different. Life’s work is to find ways out of this entrapment and emerge as a hero having won the battle for liberation of the Self. Growth and transformation don’t occur if we’re not bound in some way by events, actions, and decisions that interfere with free will.

A person’s psyche, whether conscious or not, is seeking a bridge between the world of possibility you crave and the mundane, daily experience of being in life. Growth work creates a bridge that surrounds, immerses, and intrigues your inner Self.

Sam will spend this hour helping you ‘Go Inside’ and provide provocative ways to think about your process of growth, transformation, and evolution so you can increase awareness of your ‘Whole Self' and build depth and meaning in your relationships.
