As a result, the podcast is now called "North Star Conversations," and the Facebook group is "North Star Thinking Community." Our focus is on guiding you to discover your North Star and live it, having a profound ripple effect on the world. Our guests will share their journeys to finding and living their North Stars, providing insights and inspiration. For newcomers, a North Star represents a lifelong mission so significant it's like trying to empty the sea with a spoon—something you continuously strive towards. This concept stemmed from my realisation 11 years ago that fulfilment comes from pursuing a grand, never-ending mission, rather than chasing goal after goal.
