Anne Poirier talks with Kim this week about her journey with an eating disorder, her career switch after 30 years and ways to help other women realize that self-worth lies not in how they look but for who they are. So many of us listen to that inner voice that tells us we are not good enough or beautiful enough and Anne wants us all to know we are all beautifully different and unique.
She also talks with Kim about the importance of helping young girls receive these messages and she has written a book called "Not A Fat Annie" that you can get on Amazon.
