On3's Joe Tipton recently reported that Syracuse Basketball Guard Chance Westry has been fully medically cleared for the 2024-25 College Basketball season. With this news, Adrian Autry's squad has a higher ceiling than it had before. Jaquan Carlos can be a really good backup point guard with Westry as the starter. JJ Starling remains as the starting shooting guard plus Westry provides front-court insurance in case something happens to Chris Bell, Donnie Freeman, Jyare Davis, Eddie Lampkin, or Naheem McLeod.
