I used to believe that if you had a fool-proof well-thought-out strategy then you could have any success.
I was so wrong.
If anyone tells you that a specific strategy is guaranteed to work - I would recommend that you think a bit more about it before jumping in. And I’m not saying that it won’t work - but it might only be guaranteed to work not because of the strategy - but because of something else.
Here's why:
✔︎ No strategy can withstand the impact of MINDSET
✔︎ No success is delivered without the right MINDSET
✔︎ No problem is solved without a shift in MINDSET
The problem with mindset is that we can't see it. It's intangible.
And if we can't see it, we can't measure it.
And if we can't measure it we can't leverage it in a positive way for the goals we most want to achieve.
But that's why I want to introduce you to the RAFT formula.
This formula helps to make your mindset tangible so that you can work with your most valuable resource (your brain) to create the results you want in your work and life.
