She is an authority on beer sales, marketing, team management, distributor partnership management, supply chain logistics, and customer service. Her consulting company offers online educational programs and customized coaching services designed specifically to teach business skills to craft beverage professionals. She has been featured on multiple beverage industry podcasts, spoken at multiple corporate and independent organizations about the importance of business skills in the beer industry, and is a published author.
