You wake up and think today is going to be different. You are going to be calm and kind and then out of nowhere, you lose your stuff.
You are really trying to stop yelling at your kids, but they don’t listen until you yell, so you revert back to what works, even though you feel junky about it and you can feel the rifts in your relationship growing deeper each time you react at them.
You find yourself back in that same place, oftentimes, even a short time after starting your day with them. You have no idea why you can't just pull it together and be the mama you want to be.
