We sit down with friend of the show, Sports Dietitian and ultrarunner, Rebecca (Becca) Rick, to hear how she prepared for her first 200+ mile distance race at the Moab 240 and how her fueling and hydration unfolded. You’ll hear what she did differently from her 100-mile races and some fueling insights that many ultrarunners miss out on. David Roche (coach, writer, sub-ultra runner AND ultrarunner, winner of the 2024 Leadville 100 ultra) joins us to chat about how his nutrition plan unfolded for the Leadville 100.
