Having served in many parts of the world, including war zones, chasing everything from international drug syndicates to child exploitation groups, Grant talks with us about the cost of that service on him and his family.

The "Strong Commander" as he is well known has help so many people as a mental health advocate, particularly since his own diagnosis with PTSD through his work with international policing networks and Integra Service Dogs Australia .

Despite a challenging upbringing Grant has led an amazing career and life, dedicated to catching crooks and helping good people. Grant talks to us about the importance of sport in his life, both prior to, during and post his 35 years in the Australian Federal Police and his crazy spectrum of capabilities ranging from American Football, Olympic qualifying in Bobsleigh and of course, strongman events where he has used his super human strength pulling aircraft and trains to raise awareness for really worthwhile causes, including his own battles.
