This week I'm talking Summer. In particular how I am planning ahead for it in a mindful way.
I'll be talking about how I am paying attention to our kids natural routines, how they play and their instinctive actions in the morning, and how I plan to use this information to create a rough routine to help them through the holidays. In addition I speak about how rest before hand for me and them is also important, as well as building in rest days.
