Ghana crashed out of this year's Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) by failing to beat lowly Mozambique and therefore failing to make the knockout stages of the AFCON for a second tournament in a row .
They are many reasons why Ghana failed at AFCON 23 some of which include the Ghana Football Association (GFA) allowing the impressive Otto Addo to leave his post after the World Cup in Qatar as well as not having a well defined and strategic long term strategy to make Ghana Kings of Afrikan football again.
Others include the lack of real depth and talent in Ghana's squad compared to the Golden Generation of Michael Essien, Steven Appiah, Richard 'olele' Kingston, Sulley Muntari, Asamoah Gyan, Richard Mensah and Kevin Prince Boateng.
Finally we discuss the way forward for the Black Stars which includes building a cohesive, strategic and disciplined team around key players like Mohammed Kudus and Semenyo in order for Ghana to re kindle past glories.
