This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with the wonderful Sophie Newnes to discuss all things LGBTI+ in the Jiu Jitsu, and wider martial arts, communities. It was a SUPER interesting discussion, and I'm really excited to share the conversation with you all! What I will say though is that it's very important that you all understand that whilst we are both from the LGBTI+ community, our opinions don't represent the whole community.
