In 2001, Keeley was, in her own words, an “unskilled checkout operative”. By 2012 she had completed her Master’s degree at the Metanoia Institute – all while working full time at HMP Wormwood Scrubs as the programmes resettlement manager - and is now the owner of Key for Change, a private practice.
