Chris Amoo is one of the original members of this legendary soul and funk group. The Real Thing are best known for their chart hits ‘You To Me Are Everything’, ‘Can’t Get By Without You’ and ‘Can You Feel the Force’, as well as their ground-breaking 1977 song, ‘Children of the Ghetto.' The group remain Britain’s most successful black group of all-time. The Real Thing are still gigging across the world, and it is claimed that "the band’s success and longevity is unprecedented in British entertainment history."

Chris talks to Chris Amoo about the group's new album, "A Brand New Day" which was released last month.
