So this is a topic that is near and dear to my heart because it was something I was personally struggling with and something that quite frankly, I see a lot of coaches still dealing with which is charging what you’re worth as a coach. Now you already know that you have to charge what you're worth otherwise it's really hard to make a living. :( But knowing what to do and actually doing it...well, two different things to say the least. But for me personally, what I had to realize was, I needed to have a shift in mindset first before I could then actually get paid when I was worth and that’s what we’re going talk about with Terri Nicklas here today.…
Now, as some of you guys may know, I’m a very spiritually oriented person. I believe in God and I do my best to follow his teachings as laid out in the Bible. And for those of you who are in that frame of mind, you might find a challenge to move forward and generate revenue in the secular world with your coaching practice, while simultaneously adhering to your spiritual principles. And if that is the case, then you’ll definitely want to tune in as Andrea and I talk about what she’s personally done, as well as myself along those lines. And even if you don’t believe in God or perhaps not spiritually oriented in that way, this might be something that is of interest because it provides a fresh approach around my own personal thinking on how to have a more servant oriented coaching practice…that still makes money!…

We the chance to sit down with Ryan bachelor from Crux Leaders, talking about what servant leadership looks like as a business owner coach in the context of not only becoming a better coach and a better person but also attracting more clients in the process.
This actually came to me during a coaching session that I was doing with a client friend of mine the other day and it's funny because there are things that I do that I know I'm doing that are successful. And then as we found out just the other day there are things I'm doing that I don't realize I'm doing that I'm making me successful specifically in the area of generating more referrals as it relates to paying clients and doing so in a way that's not pushy or salesy. This happens to be one of those.…
We had a chance to catch up with Deirdre Beacham talking about how speaking has transformed her coaching business.
