Broadcast from the RecBuzz Berlin 2023 conference -- AIM Group's biggest event yet -- our cohosts Peter M. Zollman of AIM Group and Steven Rothberg of College Recruiter talk a little about their separate but equally enjoyable travels in Germany and then dive into what is sure to be of more interest to more listeners: Indeed.com’s announcement this week that its employer customers will be able to choose between cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-application (CPA) pricing.
Peter and Steven piece together, more or less, how Indeed started to force its small- and medium-sized business (SMB) customers to pay per application instead of per click months ago and was about to do the same with its enterprise-sized customers but, to its credit, backed off when it became evident that some of its customers were not yet ready to make the migration.
