Hey there! 👋 God put it in my heart to go deeper into what I meant by checking the motives of my heart. Let's not forget Matthew 6 verse 1, "Take care not to do your good deeds publicly or before men in order to be seen by them." Our reputation with God is the most important reputation to uphold. Always remember, even if you are by yourself, Father, Son, Holy Spirit are always present WITH you. 😇 They're not just in the room with us. They live inside of us. There is always someone watching and listening. That being said, are you doing things with the right motives? Are you being obedient with a wrong motive? Then you already have your reward. What about the eternal reward, the 30 60 100 fold? I want that reward, don't you? When I say that every moment directly affects every area of my life, including business, I mean it. It all affects how I serve and my relationship with God. 🌟 So, let's be intentional about questioning our motives behind what we do and how we do it. The greatest leader that ever existed was an example of leading oneself first - Jesus Christ. 🌟 I love that example of Jesus leading Himself first before leading others. It just resonates with me. As a coach, I always feel that I can't lead anyone in a place or action that I'm not willing to go or do myself. 🙌 Almost every day, I pray for leaders all over the world. I ask for a sober realization of the impact of their decisions and for them to be led by the Holy Spirit. It's a prayer for peace and godliness in leadership. 🙏 For me, it's about being led by the Spirit and partnering with God in everything I do. I aim to walk with God in every step I take, being aware of His presence and in constant communication. It's in those moments that I find the strength and clarity to make big decisions. 🚶‍♀️ Speaking of big decisions, I'm currently juggling school, working on my health, being a wife, and engaging in my community. There's also a big shift on the horizon. 🌈 But in the midst of everything, I find peace in leading myself first. It's about managing my mindset, silencing negative thoughts, and honoring my body's needs. It's that quiet leadership that impacts everything I do, even when no one is looking.
