Episode Description:
In this episode we ask the question, Where is Captain Henry Avery's (or Henry Every's) Stolen Pirate Treasure? He is known as the most successful pirate ever, even though he was only active for a few years. Even many contemporary stories about pirates are based on the legend of Captain Henry Avery. In 1695 he set his sights on the Grand Mughal's treasure ship the Ganj-i sawai. After a battle that included 4 other pirate vessels and two of the Grand Mughals' ships, Captain Henry Avery and his crew disappeared with unimaginable treasure.
