Early in Steve’s career, he worked for Procter & Gamble, where he was given chances to work on what he deemed work hobbies—campus recruiting and sales training—that led him to discover his passion for people. Through a series of conversations and opportunities Steve considered “drips in his cup,” he began to realize the importance of being uniquely needed in a workplace. For Steve, that looked like finding the intersection between commercial perspective and a passion for people, which led to the recent launch of his company Culture Collaborative.
