Welcome back to LMLD! We are so excited for this week's episode. We begin by sharing our "lights" of the week and introduce our guest, JCC Inclusion Coordinator and advocate Rena Rosen! Rena shares how she became so passionate about inclusion and her journey to doing the work she does today. We discuss her mantra of kindness, the importance carving your own path, and brainstorm ways that we can be curious about others differences. She also mentions some of her proudest moments, including her interviewing one of her biggest inspirations, starting a business, and co-authoring a children's book!
