Born in Taiwan and educated in the US, Dr. Philip Tseng is Vice Dean and Director of TMU’s Graduate Institute of Mind, Brain and Consciousness, where his research in cognitive psychology covers topics as diverse as detecting deception, attention and driving safety, and improving cognitive performance through non-invasive brain stimulation.
