Growing Up with Grant Cardone: Sabrina Cardone's Insights on Youth in Business
Manage episode 432984740 series 3540497
Have you ever been told to “f*ck off” on a cold call... as a twelve-year-old? This week, we sat down with Miss Teen Florida and the podcast’s youngest guest to talk about the power of discipline, why surrounding yourself with like-minded people from a young age is a key to future success, and why not being scared of strangers can be your biggest asset.
Sabrina Cardone is not your typical teenager. At just 15, she has taken the stage before 35,000 people at Mandalay Bay, helped co-found 10x Kids University to educate children on financial literacy, and is already planning her path to becoming a millionaire by age 20. Sabrina’s journey began at the heart of Cardone Capital, where her parents, Grant and Elena Cardone, have encouraged her to embrace business from a young age.
In this episode, we explore how Sabrina sees discipline as more important than motivation. According to her, discipline is about pushing through even when you don’t feel like it. It’s a trait she’s mastered, enabling her to achieve more. Sabrina argues that youth is not a barrier but a superpower. She says, “No age is too young to dip your toes into business,” emphasizing the importance of having a plan and knowing what you want to achieve.
We discuss her experiences traveling the world and how they have shaped her perspective on life and business. Traveling has taught her to appreciate diverse cultures and ideas, giving her a broader understanding of the world.
Sabrina also shares practical advice for young entrepreneurs. We talk about using social media wisely, focusing on creating content rather than consuming it. She also stresses the importance of not fearing strangers, as the people you need to succeed might be the ones you haven’t met yet.
