Welcome to episode 50 of Women's Wellth! I can hardly believe we've reached this milestone. In today's episode, I take a journey through the past four years of my life like never before. I made an unexpected decision to delve into my old journals, and what I found was both surprising and emotionally intense.
As I read through the pages, I was startled by my own growth. It's incredible to see how much I've evolved, but it also deeply upset me to confront the struggles I used to face every day, both mentally and emotionally. It's a reminder of the resilience within all of us, but also of the importance of self-care and introspection.
