I've been obsessed with Blume lattes for a while now and I had to get Karen on to chat all about the business. We talk about growing a company of 1 to 13 females, how she grew the online presence to over 100K followers, creating new recipes, setting up work boundaries, how she got Blume in over 300 cafes in Canada, and where she sees the company down the line.
