While most of us would probably say that we trust ourselves, it’s interesting to notice just how much mental & emotional energy we waste going back & forth on some decisions.
If you are anything like us, you may have experienced the mental merri-go-round of trying to make a decision, the right decision, the best decision. Only to spin yourself into a web of confusion.
We’ve realised that a lack of self trust saps our ability to feel peace & pleasure, not just in the day to day, but also in the bigger life-path decisions we all face.
Quite frankly, we’re over it.
“I deeply trust myself” is one of the energetic themes we’ve chosen to focus on this year.
We’re peeling back another layer, witnessing our own ‘stuff’ with loads of compassion, but most importantly removing excuses so we can have an overflow of deep deep trust in who we are, our intuition and the decisions we’re making for our lives.
For us we’ve decided that - no decision is a wrong decision.
