We discuss the schadenfreude fest that is OVERNIGHT with the writer director of THE OVERNIGHT, Patrick Brice. He made this more complicated than it needed to be, and we love that! In 1997, Troy Duffy was offered a deal w/ Miramax to make THE BOONDOCK SAINTS and a record deal with Maverick for his band The Brood, as well as a promise from Harvey Weinstein to buy him the bar he worked at. OVERNIGHT is the story of how Duffy effed each one of those deals up by being an abusive jerk.
