Steve Hammock has been a marketing, sales, and executive leader in the hot tub industry for 40 years. Steve recently announced his retirement (pending April 1st), after 25 years as President of Watkins Wellness, the largest hot tub producer in the world. During his tenure, Steve oversaw massive sales growth and geographic expansion in all product categories, both in his company and the industry at large. He personally pioneered the entrance of hot tubs, a truly American idea, into the international marketplace, most notably into Europe. A tireless advocate of daily hot tub use, Steve has spent his entire adult life "sharing the good news about the miracle of hot water and aquatic exercise". He believes his greatest accomplishments as a leader are mainstreaming the hot tub category, as well as building a world-class culture at Watkins. Steve and his wife Maureen lead active lives, and most enjoy the time they spend with their five adult children and their families.
