Truth to Liberty Podcast

Why do people from 180 countries want to sacrifice their lives to come to the United States? They’re not trying to go to any other country.
We could define the reason in one word: GOD. We are the only nation on earth where human rights are unalienable (God-Given). Those are the God-given right to life, (the prime duty of Government is to protect innocent human life; Liberty—Liberty is dependent on two things: Individual responsibility and human virtue; "Liberty without virtue is madness" said John Adams; and individual responsibility. CAPITALISM—Capitalism is the unequal distribution of blessings . Socialism is the equal distribution of misery.
All other countries consist of kings, queens, monarchs, dictators or tyrants. Laws are whatever the King says it is.
America is based on Lex Rex – the Law is the King, not Rex Lex (the king is the law) The laws of America were based on a Judeo-Christian ethic.
The power belongs to WE THE PEOPLE.
People do the right thing because they feel an accountability to a higher power (God) last the PURSUIT of happiness. Happiness is something you have to PURSUE – it’s not the responsibility of government to hand over on a silver platter.
Our forefathers fled religious persecution and came here to have freedom of conscious. They understood the Judeo-Christian ethic that because man is created in the Image of our Creator – he has the ability to govern himself and pursue the American dream.
When liberty becomes license Dictatorship follows. America is today at a major crossroads as the price of liberty is ETERNAL VIGILANCE.
