Mullo is a staple on the podcast and it's always awesome having him up and in the studio.
Today we discussed the power of giving hope and seeing the young man he looks after choose to take on a life of sobriety ,as Mullo dropped him at The Glen rehab facility, with the help of our amazing brother Steve-y 'Slip 'Morris.
It was also cool to spend some time on the mats breaking down some techniques I use in no gi jiu jitsu. Mullo and I road mapped some situational based solutions for him to pass onto his Coach A.I. family & kids.
We're so proud of Mullo and the amazing things you're doing both on and off the field, Stevie is very blessed to have you as her Dad and male role model.
