Welcome to my first guided meditation podcast episode!
As my podcast continues to grow and evolve, I will be exploring different ways to add value to your weekly audio fix.
I’ve long been a fan of meditation, and the benefits it offers to clear the mind, reduce stress, and increase breath awareness.
