Avion Tequila & Continuing Education Discussion | EP52 Well, they got Chris to try Tequila once again. Guess what, it still tastes like tequila! Well, at least Bill and Nick seem to like it. What you may like even better than the drink topic is the real estate topic. How do you feel about continuing education for our real estate industry? Now this does vary per state, so we would love to hear what you think about your states' guidelines. As a whole, we seem to agree that we could use some more requirements for education since we are a "professional" industry. But at the same time, we need to be reasonable to not affect the ability to serve clients well.
