Back for this week #WritersSeat, this week out awesome #author is Jon Ford reading from his #novel 'HUNTERS', which is the first book in a planned 7 book series called 'The Ballad of the Songbird' The second book in the series, 'BLOOD TO EARTH' , was released last week (November 5th). Book 3, TOOTH & CLAW is scheduled for release in March 2022. The series is an Urban Fantasy saga with a little of everything. Romance, action, adventure, mystery, political intrigue. It's set in the not to distant future of our world, but a world changed by an event called The Rising, where all the legends and myths of supernatural creatures turned out to be true. Now Humankind lives alongside Vampire, Werewolf, Fae, Troll, Ice Giants and more, and geographical boundaries are very different to today. The books follow the arcs of multiple interweaving character stories.
